I requested to send 12 summer roses on 7/05/2013. Instead they sent a pathetic stinky cake which smelled foul. I requested them to look into matter but everytime they repeat same cliches that ‘we understand your problem’. It seems that they are upright to charge extra money but when it comes to look into the grievances of their consumers they just back off. Bad attitude bad services
