I have a maruti Suzuki Ritz car. In an accident my cars front and rear bumper was damaged. When i sent my car for the insurance claim, the claim was passed only for the front bumper. When I asked the surveyor why I didn’t got claim for the rear side, he told me that the front and the back was damaged in different accidents. But that was not the case, the front and back was damaged on same occasion.
