With regards to the unsatisfactory product that I recieved from 100bestbuy.com, I would like to mention that the product, I was promised, was a Nexus watch and a coupon worth rs.500, but what I recieved was a compeletely broken watch and a coupon worth rs.200.
I called their office no. and it ended up in a very unsatisfactory conversation with one of the guys, named Abhishek. I have asked them to pay my money back, but the response from their side is not appreciable.
I hope, this matter is considerd seriously and a proper action is taken.
P.S- I do’nt want product replacement, I want my cash back.
