deduction of main balance of mobile without any reason

I am having complaint with idea cellular limited for deduction of main balance from my mobile phone and giving irrelevant reason for the same.
it’s the second time this week when I recharged mine mobile with top-up and balance is deducted.
in customer care help line, they are giving false and irrelevant answers.
I am very frustrated by this nature of this Telecom company. I am a student and my end semester exams are going on. due to this nature of Telecom company, I am getting distracted from studies and getting mentally harassed.
I request you for the right step and case done to this company.
