COMPLAIN AGAINST TATADOCOMO – GSM – POST PAID DEPARTMENT,

ISSUE – FALLS COMMITMENT & DISPUTE IN BILL

DETAILS COMPLAIN IS AS FOLLOWS –

Myself Mr. Aditya Goenka, a post paid mobile user of Tatadocomo – No –
9831445527, monthly rental of Rs.899/-, has “PORT” my AIRTEL – PRE-PAID
connection to TATA – DOCOMO,

Since i am using a TATA – Photon+ connection in my company Name – “SKP
Stock Broking Pvt Ltd”, i had received a marketing call from “PROVIEW
CONSULTANTS PVT LTD”, Address – 35, Nagar Bazar Road Neel Appt, Ist floor,
Kol – 700074, Ph No – 033 – 65333327, giving me the offer of Rs.899/-
monthly rental plan, with unlimited local & STD call across all connection.

I had accepted the offer and Mr. Debortish – 8961223914, has visited my
office, we had discuss the plan and he has convinced me to “PORT” my
AIRTEL PRE – PAID no into TATA docomo POST – PAID connection in the above
mentioned plan, and i had paid – Rs.850/- as security Deposit as on
30/03/2013, copy of the

I had sincerely asked & clarify with him twice that for the “PRE – Paid
– Balance i was having in my AIRTEL No.

He has ensured me that sir, you don’t have to worry what ever may be the
balance that will get left in your AIRTEL PRE – Paid account will be get
adjusted in the Ist month bill, subject to after deduction of service tax.

So my dispute is that since i had got the assurance from TATA DOCOMO Sales
representative that my pre – paid airtel a/c balance will be adjusted in
Ist month bill, then it should be adjusted.

My bill for the month of April 2013 is Rs.294/-

and my balance left in AIRTEL a/c was Rs. 244.40/-, i.e. i demand
an adjustment of Rs. 214.20/- (244.40 * 12.36% (service tax) = Rs. 30.20
service tax, so 244.40 – service tax – 30.20 = Rs. 214.20/-)

*Further i had received the bill intimation viz sms on 17/04/2013, since
then i had given n no of call to customer care, to Mr. Debortish –
8961223914, & on “PROVIEW CONSULTANTS PVT LTD”, Address – 35, Nagar Bazar
Road Neel Appt, Ist floor, Kol – 700074, Ph No – 033 – 65333327,*

*The response i had received was common from every1, that sir we are
looking in this matter and try to resolve our issue soon.*

*But till date my issue is not resolved*.

*Each time i had spoken to customer care, i had made this thing very clear
that till the adjustment of Rs.214.20/- will not be made in my a/c i will
not pay any bill, and delay is from our end in making the adjustment, so i
will not going to bear any late payment charges for the same….*

call to any1, from my side for asking the adjustment, i demand the same
from our side now, else i will take this matter to higher level…….*
