Fault in cell phone

I bought a Nokia cell phone (IMEI No.- 354580051690157) on 21/01/2013 from a local mobile shop on one year warranty. after three month the cell phone switched off automatically while talking on it. At the same time I went to the Dwarka sect, 12 based Nokia customer care center(SS enterprises, shop no. S2/3 manish metro plaza pkt.5 new delhi-110075) there the attendant suggest me that I would have to pay Rs. 400 for repair I agreed. hence my phone is under warranty. after few days I received a call from them that the phone is not repairable. my phone is under warranty and I want a new phone or my money back. your cooperation shall be greatly appreciated.
