Unsatisfactory services LG Air Conditioner under warranty period.

Name of company/service: M/S LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd.

your kind attention is brought towards the unsatisfactory services of purchased L.G. Air Conditioner (Model LSA5UR3A1, Sr. No. 204NASR041638) on dt. 30 May 2012 lying under warranty period vide Invoice No. 948 from National Electronics ,” LG Junction” Anah Gate , Bharatpur (Raj.).
During warranty period the above L.G. Air Conditioner have observed problem & trouble before summer season start therefore the complaint have been lodged on LG Call Center on dt. 15/04/2013 vide No. RNA130415065189but inspite of above the company have failed to attend the proper fault as per terms & conditions till dated 28/04/2013.
Again I lodged the complaint on dt. 29/04/2013on LG Call Center vide No. RNA130429024383 for rectification of fault/defect . The company representative of service centerBharatpur reached on dt. 29/04/2013 in evening and fetch the outdoor unit for repairing checking while the same have not been attended and come back after continuous persuance and reminder on service center and call center of company upto dt.03/05/2013upto noon .
In pursuance of above the company representative of service centerBharatpur installed the outdoor unit on dt. 03/05/2013 in afternoon without rectification of actual fault/defect that cause of the improper and unsufficient cooing and swing mode defective operation with a lot other problems that I intimated to service center on same day in evening and again complaint lodged vide No. RNA130505045524 on dt. 05/05/2013 but the defect/fault of Air Conditioner not rectified till date.
As my family is suffering in summer from last 25 days due to very high temperature and the company and company representative is not giving any response. therefore i requested to please arrange to provide a suitable compensation for me which should be beared by the Company i.e. M/S L.G. Electronics India Pvt. Ltd.
