Deduction of 80 rs

I am vivek from jammu. Have to lodge a complain against reliance. I hav 78 rs in my a/c bt whn i chekd my a/c it showd 0.05. i takd 2 custmr care n dey told it got deducted by mistakd u vil get it within 48 hrs n forward my complaind bt I didnt receive any balance til nw. when i again call them today dey again saying v wil forward ur complain. they jst only forward complain but no solution.. whats the fun of phone if u got unnecesary deductions. sir plz take sm action against these telecom cmpanies they r usualy making unnecesary deductions. fed up frm reliance.. Ambani a worldclas businesman richest Indian but so fraud.. 🙁
