AS PER MY ORDER NO. 3002228088, I HAD ORDERED SAMSUNG 32GB CLASS 10 MEMORY CARD ON 18TH APRIL 2013, AFTER MY ORDER, ON VERY SAME DAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM YOUR OFFICE (MISS/ MRS AMANPREET) THAT BY MISTAKE SAMSUNG 32GB CLASS 6 MEMORY CARD WAS MENTIONED AS SAMSUNG 32GB CLASS 10 MEMORY CARD, I THEN TOLD HER THAT I REQUIRE CLASS 10 CARD & I HAVE PAID AS MENTIONED IN YOUR WEBSITE SO I NEED CLASS 10 CARD ONLY . I ALSO CREATED A CASE WITH ID 816269 & FOR WHICH I RECEIVED A CALL FROM YOUR SIDE ON 22.04.2013 I ALSO INFORMED THEM CLEARLY THAT I NEED SAMSUNG 32GB CLASS 10 MEMORY CARD ONLY & I WONT ACCEPT REFUND. BUT I RECEIVED A SAMSUNG 32GB CLASS 6 MEMORY CARD. I DINT ACCEPT IT AS IT IS NOT AS PER MY ORDER.
NOW I ONCE AGAIN CREATED A COMPLAINT WITH ID 830219 DATED 29.04.2013..I ONCE AGAIN REQUEST TO PROVIDE ME MY ORDERED PRODUCT I.E.SAMSUNG 32GB CLASS 10 MEMORY CARD..IM NOT READY TO ACCEPT THE REFUND. IF MY ORDERED PRODUCT IS NOT RECEIVED BY 10.05.2013 THEM I WILL FILE A CASE WITH CONSUMER FORUM FOR CHEATING & MENTAL HARASSMENT.
I ALSO SEND THEM SCREEN SHOT I HAD TAKEN AFTER THE PURCHASE WHICH CLEARLY SHOWS THAT SAMSUNG 32GB CLASS 10 MEMORY CARD IS FOR RS. 1250/-
