I plan to buy The SKODA Rapid Prestige with guru dev motors Chennai, and I have done a booking on 27/4/13 with the amount of fifty thousands.
But now I decided I don’t want to buy from them, they are not customer friendly.
my complaint is ……..
They are telling that mandatory that I have to buy a insurance from them only its cost around 40 thousand for Rapid.its more than a market rate
I decided to cancel my booking with them and plan to go with some other dealer on 2/5/12 they are making a penalty of ten thousand and they are telling that they will return only 40000 only
its very bad…………………….
