Deduction of balance without reason

Location/place: Kalyan- West, dist. Thane

Name of company/service: Reliance Telecom Communications

I am a Reliance Telecom Customer and my mobile number is 9323790150. The renewal date of my 1paise sms pack which costs 19 Rs per month was on 30-4-2013.The Company had deducted 9 Rs 50 Paise for renewal of sms pack on date 30-4-2013 at 4:37 am and due to insufficient in my mobile the company had deducted 9 Rs 50 Paise from my mobile and left 1 Rs 70 Paise balance. But same day late in the morning I wanted to send 1 sms to my colleague which was not delivered telling by the company that my mobile has insufficient balance. After that I had made a topup of rupees 10 on my mobile on the same day and sent 3 sms to my friend for which reliance mobile company deducted my 3 Rs. For this I had made a complaint on Customer care number 59111 on which Mr. Rohit received my complaint and he had given me unsatisfactory reply. The next day on date 1-5-2013 again my 3 Rs 10 Paise was deducted on the basis of sms pack and 1 Rs 60 Paise was left as a balance in my mobile. After that I had made a topup of Rs 50 which gave me a talktime of 41 Rs or something like that. Once again Reliance Mobile Company deducted my 19 Rs for sms pack on date 2-5-2013 at 4:40 am. Therefore again I tried to send sms to my friends on date:4-5-2013 in afternoon and suddenly I saw the balance in my mobile which was 2 Rs 90 Paise which shows almost my 17 Rs has been deducted today without any reason which intimates that the Reliance mobile company is cheating the consumer like me which I have mentioned above. Itis a very great example for the people of our Country to become millionaire and billionaire like Reliance Company of Mr. Ambani group. And thereafter the Company has a slogan Kar lo Duniya muthti Mein by cheating the world. It is a very easy method to become a very big rich person or company. If one Consumer in a day gets cheated for only rupees 10 by the above company so calculate the crores of consumer being cheated for atleast 10Rs per Day by the company or above person can automatically become millionaire or billionaire. So this is my kind request to the government and the company to take precaution and please refund my money which has been dedeucted from my mobile and so far from many people’s mobile in the country. Please do the needful. Thanks
