My Name is Rakesh and I have shifted from sec-8 to sec-12D in Koparkhairane,people from Shree Cable Operator told me I need to pay Rs 500 for transfer and registration on their network.Since then I have been calling them to collect money and documents but nobody is picking phone or responding,its been 4 days now and My Settop box is new so I cant go for dish.
