I had worked for Sterling Construction Systems Pvt.Ltd.Previously located at CBD-Belapur.Now this company has office in Laxmi Tower Bandra Kurla Complex in this office i have submitted the form while submitting the form the lady from HR has me to don’t write the reason of leaving on the claim form of Provident fund when I checked the status online it has come to know that claim has been rejected then i contacted PF office where i came to know that company has not deposited any amount to PF Office. I doubt they may have written on form that i have resigned from the company and i don’t want to Claim PF. My sincere request this company is fraud company and this company has done fraud with many people. I request you to take strict action against the MD Mr. Joe Silva who is the main culprit in this company.
