Fault Vechile Servicing

I gave my bike for servicing in the mid of Apr 2013 n they tolding me that there are others problems in the bike also n i agreed to to the same to be gets repaired they told me dat there is a one part is gone in the engine which needs to be reoved by opening the engine aftr 15 days there is a continous fogging in my vechile n i complined the same to them but they are not accepting the same mistake n telling dat its was not included in your job done i needs to say dat i m using my vechile sincelast 6 years but there is no such fogging was done.from the date of finishing the servicing i m gtng this problem please can u help me in this regard
