I bought MANABADI EAMCET cd from manabadi.com which operates in hyderabad for 1000 rs.After installing it is giving me error and not working.I called their technical support numerous times and they always say their superior officer is not available.After several days they connected to my computer by teamviewer software and gone after 10minutes without repairing it.Next day i called them and they said the same thing that their officer is not available and told me call another day.My Exam is in less than 10 days and i am not prepared.I want the replace or refund of my money.
