Deduction of amount for an unknown pack regularly.

Name of company/service: Reliance Communications

This is Ajay Kumar from Ranchi, Jharkhand and I am using a Reliance GSM number 8252836832.

I have never subscribed any pack on my mobile instead there is a regular deduction of Rs.3 for some VAS USSD Services in regular intervals in the month of April 2013. My last deduction was on Monday (29th Apr, 2013) morning at 11:33 hrs for which they are not even replying anything to my mail. When I have not received any promotional call, how this pack gets activated on regular intervals?

    Please be informed that just few hours back the amount has been refunded and the issue has been resolved from the side of Reliance Communications.
