My mobile number is issued to somone else on my ID

Name of company/service: Idea

I had vodaphone no 8375893372 which i request to port it to idea. For this I had provided all the related document, But my no 8375893372 is still not activated, When I cross checked this no 8375893372 it is issued to some one else on my ID. For this issue I register complaint on 25 April 2013 in Idea Care SR NO. C1-1807794477, but no action is taken yet. They are misguiding me. Please take needful action for this. I am suffering from last 1 month.
