I had launched a complaint regarding my voltas ac not working on 23/05/12 under comp num 12JU0209099.Since then I have been calling on the nationalised customer care of voltas for repairing my ac and they promise that their engineer will visit today on priority basis but no one has even called and confirmed that they acknowledge the complaint.it is so hot in Allahabad these days and really hard to sleep without ac.i had called even today I.e 07/06/12 on voltas customer care number and customer care executive promised me it will be done today only and asked me to wait but again no one has come so I m posting a complaint against voltas air conditioner.hope they will realize the imp of time and visit my home…
