Auto Debited From Account Without Any Reason..

Hi,

This is Rahul,
Please help me out for the below problem,

I have credit card of ICICI Bank.
where bank has auto debited 100 rupees twice instead of one time on 26-4-2013. and for the same problem i contacted to my nearest ICICI branch(Banner Road) they said that, 100 rupees has deducted because of your minimum credit amount due. but it should deduct only once & they were not aware about why other 100 rupees are deducted extra from my account so,they advice me to call customer care.so their they only transferring the call from one side to other no one gone take the ownership for the problem(i called 3-4 times to customer care for the same but no responsed). (Member with whom i talk Pravin, Vibha from concerns Dept and so on)

now i’am very tired of calling for the same problem so this is the last option let us with me. otherwise have to closed the credit service(Breaking the card which is no use).
