I had acquired one Idea SIM connection for Mobile No.9826200524. In the month of Feb. 2013. I had paid first bill timely in the month of Mar. 2013 only.Second bill was raised on 20th April 2013 and was paid form my end on 26th Apr 2013. However mobile service is blocked for last 4 weeks around without any intimation to me. Now Idea is still not ready to regularize my connectin and increasing their dues daily.Now company is asking Rs. 300 for connection activation as well as dues till today to reactivate connection. complaint made to Idea serice center, Mr. Bharti refused to entertain my request. I contacted Idea Local agent in Khandwa also but there is no any convincing response.
