Not able to use in roaming

I want to let you know about the cheating that i met with reliance anil diru bhai ambani group communication net+ network when i purchased the dongle device at 1300/- from mohali, i asked the representative at reliance communication store that will i be able to use net connect Plus when i will be in roaming he said yes sir you can and i repeated the same question to the welcome calls by relaince i got three welcome calls from relaince coustomer care i always asked them that i am going to jammu for tour purpose would i be able to use the netconnect in jammu they said yes sir u can but when i reached jammu and i connected the device i was not able to use and when i contacted the coustomer care they replied that u can use netconnect ony at 4 places in jammu ..so how is it justified that i use the device at the places mentioned by them everytime..i just fet cheated by them as i was concerned before and after buying the device to use it in roaming ..i suffered a lot becoz of them mentally as well as financly so i just want my device refunded back ..
