3g services barred due to fake unbilled amount.

Dear Sir,

I using this connection around 2 years. but now this time i am very depressed with idea services. from 25th April 2013 i am unable to use my 3g connection. so i try to connect with idea care. they saying your 3g services barred due to high usage. and currently my unbilled amount is Rs. 3500/-. but in this connection 200 free minuts + 100 sms are free. and i know very well that my usage is high against my NON GPRS usage. i just ask one thing with idea care that if idea alloting a 3g plan to customer then customer have rights to use that whole month without any restriction. 5gb free usage of 3g plan for Rs 750/- already activated on my no. my idea no. is 9718361937. request you to help me. because every time however, i am connecting with idea care. they are not able to solve my problem. and i also submit written request to idea to increase my credit limit from Rs 2550/- to Rs 5000/-. so that i will be able to use the same without any restriction. but unfortunately ref id closed. but i did not get any solution till date.
