Airtel Sim card issue on another name

Location/place: Asansol

Name of company/service: Bharti Airtel

Sir I had purchased a sim card on of Airtel( no- 9932862594) 7 years back. I had provided documents to the retailer. on 22nd April 2013 I lost my sim card. When I call to customer care for the issue of a duplicated Sim they are saying that, the sim card is issued on some another name. that means that someone else is using simcard on my document. I had contact the retailer. He is saying that it is a fault of distributer. I can’t help you. Now I am not able to find a duplicate sim card of that number..
