with due respect, it is submitted purchase a big bottle of 1.2 lietrs “SLICE”,juice from big bazar in month of april 2012.production date is 25-02-2012 and valdity of 6 months.but it is regretted to mention that the bottle when took was clear but when we were going to open in month may 2012 WE SAW FUNGUS IN IT and we approhced to company on email and it was replied that our man will come to collect and replace same, but no one turned up. then we called at rajkot big bazar they give two mobile numbers 8980007838 and 8980007874.then they replied that our agency is not supply to big bazar. and some other person manager TIWARI said “GIVE ME ONE DAY MY MAN WILL COME ON YOUR HOME ADDRESS AND COLLECT THE SAME AND TOLD TO MAIL OUR ADDRESS”. acoordingly we mailed sae date no one turned up and i also called “5 TIMES” ON TOLL FREE NUMBER OF PEPSICO 1800224020 THEY GIVE SAME REPLY THAT OUR MAN WILL COME AD TO COLLECT UNHYGIENIC BOTTLE AND REPLACE SAME.

LOOKING TO THE ABOVE FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES, IT IS REQUESTED TO KINDLY INTERVENE IN TO MATTER AND DO NEEDFUL BECAUSE THE “SLICE” BOTTLE IS STILL IN SEALED INTACT CONDITION LYING WITH US AND WE EAGER TO JUSTICE FROM COMPANY. THEY SHOULD NOT PLAY WITH THE HEALTH OF CUSTOMERS.
