Name of company/service: BSNL
I lives in Pune.My BSNL number is 8275828851 .I have recharged with Rs.574 on 10/04/13,according to company plan all std and local unlimited BSNL to BSNL call free for 30 days but I am not getting proper benefit. Regarding this I have registered a complaint with BSNL on 24/04/13. The customer care executive say that it is the problem of the network that you want to call but when I call on any BSNL number with Airtel or other network it is ok,all call are going well.But when I call with my BSNL number it gives busy tone. My all local calls on BSNL and other network as well as all std calls on other network except BSNL are ok.Please help me regarding this problem.
