my complain is that i have idea voice card sim card and i called idea customer care about internet pack while using ikn modem with laptop then the illiterate CSR given wrong information that recharge with 298 for in internet however i clearl mentioned that i have a voice sim card not a idea net setter sim card but they assured me to recharge and i finally recharge with 298 and 20rs top up and i got main balance and i was unaware so all the amount finish within 10 mins internet using just because of unprofessional idea CSR.
secondary the worst thinh happened when my main balance approx 8 rs deducted for so many services activation however all the time my sim card inside the idea net setter modem and idea CSR telling due to my activity this serivices has been activated …so shameful how it is possible all the time it in modem connected with my laptop again i called CSR and they stopped all the services again next day my 3 RS deducted for some other service activation.
whatever i am planning to move consumer care to teach lesson and also inform to print media wn i will be free
