Deduction from balance on grounds of VAS

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Kolkata&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Tata docomo</p>On 26th april,i received a call from tata docomo to activate cricadda(VAS) on my mobile phone.i didnot revert to it and disconnected the phone.after 10mins i realysd tata docomo had deducted 25rupees from my balance.on calling the customer care i told i did activate the service and so they had the amount.i have using mobile phone for 7years and i clearly understand how to activate and deactivate services.i request consumer forum to accept the complaint and take strict action
