Pathetic service from ESIC

Respected Sir/madam,
This is to keep you posted that we are facing pathetic ESIC service in
Siliguri, Darjeeling branch.
i, Santanu Mistry, one of the ESIC member from the last couple of
years, evry month this company is taking certain amount as a premium, bt nt giving the service properly and it is mandate to give money to ESIC for all the employee across this state. the
doctors are not coming on time in the Hospital. moreover sometimes they
dont come.
i am suffring from breathing problam and cough from the last 2 yrs. bt everytime when i go the said office none of the doctors are taking it seriously, sometimes they dont even see the patients face bt they gets ready with the list of medicines. more over, as per the rule the ofc should open at 9:45am bt evrytime it got opend at 11 and doctors are coming late. they dont examine the patient and gives 10-12 type of tablets!
they dont have any protocol. so we as a citizen of this state
arge you please look into the matter and please do the needful.
