Not Listening on Service withdrwaal

Location/place: New Delhi

Name of company/service: Vodafone

My name is Abhijeet Kumar Sinha. i have purchased datacard and postpaid connection by calling Customer care. They have sended an executive and i have purchased it at cost of Rs. 1950, they told me number will be activated in 48hrs but there was no update for whole week also he was not picking up the phone.

i have raised request to customer care even no update.

So i met with a vodafone representative at Vodafone store Gurgaon and asked him for withdrawl with the service , he raised a request (434416931) and told me that an representative will come to my place in 2 days, however now its been more than a week no one have came and also customer care peoples were not giving any update.

Please let me know how to proceed on this.
