Fixed Deposit maturity

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Raj Oil Mills Ltd

My father who is 78 years old senior citizen had invested Rs 25000/- in fixed deposits with Raj Oil Mills Ltd. FDR Number: 200321. The deposit matured on 17/01/2013 and the maturity amount is Rs 30,908/-. Company is not refunding the principal and interest amount even after repeated follow up with company officials. Since my father being too old to represent his case, I’m lodging this complaint on his behalf and request you to help in getting his money back.

    HAD INVESTED Rs 25000/- matured on 10.1.2014, in my mothers name aged 82 yrs being senior citizen….first the concerned person promised that they will pay the same on maturity being senior citizen, but when the time came for payment they just went back on there words…..
    This was by repeatedly being followed by us for payment and everytime assurance was given….Can someone help in recovering the same
