Not responding for refund of my survey fee

Name of company/service: UNITED INDIA INSURANCE, KALYAN

As per the instructions from the United India Insurance Co.Ltd., Kalyan (Verval communication with Vidya D Bhagat) ; at least the survey fees should be refund.

Still I did not get anything refund.

Request you to please do the needful for refund my survey fee.
