service problem

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: varanasi(uttar pradesh)&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: HTC</p>I purchased a phone (HTC explorer A310e) on 23 March2013 for ₹7800 & due to a lot of problems in it, the company replaced it on 7 April 2013, now again in the new phone problems like heating, network fluctuation, slow working and sometimes hanging too are occurring. so now I don’t trust on their sayings of repairing the phone or anything like because HTC has harassed me mentally as well as physically due to I am running to the service centre during my examination time. so now I need my money back.
