thera are lots of problmes but right now m claiming against 1… have a connection of reliance gsm prepaid and that is 9022727244,i do recharge of rs 14 per month to get local and national sms at 5 paise per sms,my sms pack has expaired on 22nd april 2013 and then consomer care executive told me ki it will b auto renew within 24 hours,after 2 hours i made a call again and they told me again ki sir 24 hours lagenge…ab tak 72+ hours ho chuke hai aur abhi tak pack renew nahi hua hai…i have lost lots of rs in msg n i want all back…
