Reliance Prepaid connection Outgoing Problem

I am user of a reliance prepaid connection since 2005. In last 5 months I was not able to use my connection for even 3 months properly.
By the way, my number is 9350742789 which was started working in mid of January after 3-4 months trouble; troubles created by mistake at company end only, is now again not working for a month due to an issue of being not recharged by minimum of Rs. 200/- in last 6 months. I was getting that sms and advise to recharge by rs. 50/- every month. previously and did so. And finally this week I have recharged with more than 200/- and just after recharge it works for few hours and now again out going are blocked because of not getting recharged by minimum of rs. 200/- in 6 months. What a advanced computerized system they have!!! what a dedicated and honest company!!! Although a sms is till saved in inbox is showing that on 21.04.2013 at 12:19pm there was a successful recharge of rs. 220/-. I think 220 is much more less than 220/- – right? That is why my connection is not working.
I am spellbound. The number activated with all original documents in 2007 was running in some others name even after several submission of identity proofs in several stores and finally shorted in January 2013. Small 5 years!!
I donot know how long will they take to solve my recent problem.
I pay for the phone, then I give time leaving my duties and works, and company will say sorry after all of these.
I want justice. please help me.
