Samsung selling inferior quality LCD panels.
I had bought 32 inch LCD Model “LA32D450G” from Electro mart Stores J-9 ground floor, ocean plaza sector-18 NOIDA 1.5 yrs back only. [Date 24-10-2011, invoice number J-0065] at 26000 INR.
Now suddenly display is not coming and when I logged a complaint (number 8436881687), a service guy came and within 15-20 seconds he diagnosed the problem and told me that LCD panel gone faulty and I’ve to buy a new LCD panel which will cost 50% of the cost of TV.
I never expected that a costly LCD TV will go bad like this. After that I looked at various forums on internet and was shocked big time to see innumerable complaints of same kind.

It clearly indicate that Samsung is very well aware of the quality of product it is selling, despite they are looting the customer by recovering 50% cost of TV after just one year ,
never expected this from a company like Samsung.
On top of that they are giving only 30 days warranty for the new LCD panel which they quote 50% of total cost.
once i told the service man that i”ll log a complaint in consumer forum he left away without giving me any service note.
