balance deduction for no reason

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: jaipur&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: idea cellular limited/mobile sim card</p>I have bough an idea sim card with mobile no. 8504 061952. On Apr 25, 2013 at 00.11 i have received a message from IZ-ideaCMS texted as below:-
Dear costumer, thank you for downloading new game from Handygo. You have been charged rs. 50.
After this rs 50 was deducted from my account and balance became negative.
Also I have been taken unlimited data plan for one month which is valid till Apr 27, 2013, but data plan was also deactivated before time on Apr 25, 2013.
I have called idea costumer care for the solution of my problem but they are unable to make me satisfied. please solve my problem as soon as possible. Thank You.
