MISLEAD BY CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE AND NO REFUND AS PER THEIR AGREEMENT

I have deposited 4500 to ECPS pvt ltd for getting referred for a job in testing as per my requirement.They assured me that money will be refunded in 3 months if i dont get a job from them or before if i get a job myself as per their agreement.It is almost a year and now when i got job myself , they are not refunding my money nor responding on my mails.I am continuously chasing them through calls or mails but not getting any response from them unfortunately.I want to take strict action against them for not cooperating with their customer and following their own agreement.
