THIS IS HUMBLE REQUEST TO YOU THAT I PURCHASED A AIR CONDITIONER FROM SAMSUNG SHOP IN BIG BAZAAR SAHARA SHOPPING CENTER ON MAY 2012. BUT FROM THE FIRST DAY PURCHASING THAT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY MANY TIMES I DID THE COMPLAINT ON CUSTOMER CARE BUT NO SATISFACTORY RESPONSE GET FROM THEIR AGENT SIDE . NOW THE PRODUCT COMPLETING THEIR WARNTY PERIOD ON MAY 2013 . NOW I AM SAYING TO HIM KINDLY REPLACE THE A.C . BUT NO PROPER RESPONSE . NOW I AM VERY FRASTATED WHAT I DO SO AT LAST I AM DOING COMPLAINT ON CONSUMER FORUM . KINDLY DO SOMETHING .
