False information, no delivery, customer care executives lie

Name of company/service: Naaptol

I made the payment for buying a phone through Naaptol on 12th April on promise from customer executives that delivery will happen in max 10 days.

It has been 12 days and they havent even dispatched the product. They keep updating their website with wrong AWB numbers (have proofs as screen shots) when brought to their notice.

I have requested twice to cancel the order so that I can buy it from other vendor, but customer care executives keep saying that it will take 5 days for them to even confirm the cancellation of the order (dont know when they will refund money).

Customer care executives keep lying about status of the product (all the calls recorded and will be uploaded shortly on Facebook and other public sites to let other customers know how customer care executives lie) and do not resolve the problem. I spend 50 min almost every day on std calls taking to their various leaders (coz same guy never turns up next day and they keep you on hold for realllllly long time).

I would like to know where can I file police complaint for fraud (coz they keep lying and do not refund money).
