Complaint regarding unfair Balance deduction of Rs.62.30 on 23/04/2013 at around 9.30am.

It has happened for third time now. Last time after complaint with Docomo & National Consumer forum my Rs 7.60 were refunded to my Account. That time I was having 5MB data left in my account, but still for data uses my main account Balance was deducted. So up till now Rs. 32, Rs. 8 & Rs.62 has been deducted by DoCoMo using same tricks.
On 23/04/2013 I checked my main Account Balance it was Rs.62.37 & data balance was around 12Mb. I started browsing internet. As having last bad experience, I have developed the habit of checking Data balance after every 3-5 minutes. Just for check I dialed *111*1# & it showed me 1.70MB balance left. I immediately disconnected the Net. Still it shows 1.70Mb data balance left on 24/04/2013. Validity of this pack is 26/04/2013. I recharged for Rs.150 now my balance is Rs.150.07 but still could not understand where the Rs.62.30 gone.
What was shocking my main Account Balance which was Rs.62.37 automatically became Rs. 0.07. And I don’t know even where, how & why my Rs.62.30 was deducted. Now these companies have to pay penalty of 2G, so companies are recovering it from customers by unfair balance deduction, starting unwanted services, charging for the non activated services. I contacted customer care on 198 immediately around 10am but service executive was unable to give details. After that I tried 198 about 30-35 times but could not connect to the executive. Even I tried to reach by 1860-2665555 & many other options but before I could connect to the executive, my phone was automatically got disconnected every time. I complained the same on 24/04/2013 where, a service executive placed me on hold for 20-23 minutes in morning & disconnected. I tried my level best to bring to the notice of company authorities as early as possible.
Unfortunately to get read off Idea & Uninor I changed my 2 connections to Docomo, but the experience is same here. I have already registered my complaint at National Consumer Helpline & reference no is 456309. Soon will be complaining it to nodal officers of Docomo if my Rs.62.30 is not refunded to my Account. I accept if my data balance had become 0 & after that I have browse the net, company has right to charge me 10paise for 10kb from main balance. But not at that time when I have 1.70Mb data balance left in my account. One very worst thing soon I will be mailing to TRAI, that all the companies do not sms or inform customer when data balance become zero or pack expires. They inform it second day, so that simply they can loot at 10 paise at 10kb.
I request the company officers to immediately refund amount of Rs.62.30 to my account as like for same complaint about Rs.8 were credited after complaining. Very seriously thinking to shift to Airtel if same experience continues in future…
