NUMBER DEACTIVE

Name of company/service: Bharti Airtel

My mobile no is 9830961388. I have requested for a portability from Vodafone to Airtel dated 5th April 2013. The portability was accepted & my vodafone services was deactivated on 23rd April effective 12-30 am onwards. Since then my no. with airtel has not been activated as per verification department the system doesn’t have any data which would reflect on their system.

It’s been around 2 days my mobile is down without any services. Even after repeated followups with Airtel executive at the call centre nobody was ready to take my complain.Finally my complain was registered today the no of which is 50119410.

Chandreswar Misra who is a lead corporate from Bharti Airtlel office located at GP Tronics Building , 1st floor in Saltlake , sector V has taken all the documents on 5th April . His contact number is 9831049661 & 9831099929 . Only thereafter which portability was successful but still my number is not active.. I had given the request for portability for two no. ( 9331816367 & 9830961388) but only one has been active. 9830961388 number is not yet active.

My point is how was the portability accepted if I had not given any valid documents . Why Airtel people are not updating my address & contact details for verification call .

Where is my fault , why should I suffer for no fault of mine. It’s problem at Airtel end & if they work in such a unprofessional manner which I wasn’t aware of .
