Hi,
I have taken a country vacation membership on April 11, 2013 by paying Rs. 1,00,000. Membership No. CVHYD5BOCLUB10LB143563.
They called me for a free gift to CV Kool Begumpet. Then they explained about the product. The executive has made many promises. They made us sign a Bond paper.
Now, we are realising that what the executive offiered is different from the actual package.
Eg: Sales executive offered us life time free service (India & Asia). but as per the document it is only 10 years free.
We then went to there office on April 20 to cancel the agreement. they are not cancelling the contract, and said there is no such process.
After many calls to callcenter and the sales executive. one callcenter executive told us that for cancellation they would deduct 80% of the amount paid.
We are cheated. We need our hard earned money back, Please help.
