Hello,
Kindly note that i was not served properly by one of your customer care representative named “Jyotsna”. She spoke loudly and was not well mannered.
My only query was to have a complaint registered against a bill which was more then what usually i receive since last 2 years.
She gave all reasons to refrain from registering my complaint, kept me on hold for almost 3 mins and then later on told me that the system is down.
My usual bill is Rs.899 for my tata photon for 10gb use. But unfortunately i have been charged Rs.1327 for this month even when my usage hardly crosses 5gb.
This is for the first time i am facing such an issue with Tata photon. I would not want to pay this amount as i think its not a fair bill that has been generated.
Also, I would want to downgrade or stop my services going forward. Hence, kindly advise the procedure to stop the photon service.
