I have been facing an issue regarding 2 year additional Warranty for the ACER ASPIRE E1-571 LAPTOP.The warranty should be claimed within 3 days from Invoice date and i received the Product after 2 days,because of that i was unable to claim the warranty.I have been contacting Customer support from past one month.And there is no clarity in what they are saying ,they are asking to wait continuously for past one month changing the date each time when I’m calling.So i had lost the hopes with customer support of Flipkart.So I’m raising the issue through consumer court Forum.So that I can get a solution Immediately.
