Name of company/service: Eureka Forbes
Requested for servicing in Eureka forbes website. As per our request agent visited us and got the annual maintainance contract done. Bill which we recieved mentions it to be genuine. Then after some time we get a call from other person who mentions that the agents who came earlier are not authorised agents of Eurekha forbes. Water purifer is making peep sound even after servicing. Complained Eurekha forbes on 9th April till now no action taken
