i parched online HCL ME K-28 Handheld Gaming Console .but when i received this device its totally out of order. i often complaint in hcl customer care and i also gave device in hcl customer care but still that don’t replace it or not give refund. since last 3 months.i had full record of the purchase and submitted copy of the device at service center.
