I have purchased a 8GB pendrive from www.shopji.com on 4th April 2013. I have even gota confirmation sms stating that I will be receiveing the product in 5-7 day.
It has been 20 days since I have placed the order.
These guys are not responding neither on call nor emails.
Please guide me how to recover the amount from these cheaters.

I too have ordered a Pen drive on 15th April on Shopjii.com and still waiting for the delivery. Two days back received an mail stating “the delivery is hampered due to shifting of despatch department to new location and will restart from 27th April”.

Check with Cyber crime department in your city. They will receive a complain and contact Calcutta Cyber crime Department.

I had booked a Micromax Canvas HD on 11th April 2013 by paying Rs.14014 through Internet banking. My order no. is 11254 and my transaction reference is 1001304003402613IGH6026080 TRANSFER TO 30994075970. When I did not received the product after several follow up then I cancelled the order on 17th April 2013. I received a conformation mail that my order has successfully been canceled and will get the refund within 10 to 12 days. In between I have called as well as mail their customer care but nobody is responding to my call not received any positive reply. Their office is in West Bengal(ShopJii.Com,APR INFORMATICS,Bishnu Bihar Colony,Neamatpur Asansol – 713359 and phone is from Noida -0120-3803022).
Please tell me what do now. I am also planning to go legally and consulting a lawyer.

i to hve purchased an micromax canvas hd mob but not recd t product why such companies exists and do t fraud transactions is there no law against them . govt should take stern action against them as they are taking people’s hard earned money
i too order for pen drive on 23rd of April but i have not received yet and by seeing all the other response i understand that it will not deliver now.
Only i am having request to every on that if you have any contact in consumer health care try to expose this group and also put this msg to ur Facebook account so other will not affect with them.

Same thing happens with me. But there is no one to solve this issue. Lets make a group complain against this company. If you are agree then plz make a FIR/Complain against this company in your local Police Station. Then we alltogether show these FIR to the Cyber Crime Department. This is what we can do.

But still i not received that, when i contact the customer care executive he told me 1st that they are moving their office to anther location so shipment is delayed after some days they told me that goods are not available so they are refunding my money but still i have no refunded money nor pendrive

It is a fraud company. I had also placed order for 8GB Pen Drive. Surprising, how is this happening. We should speak to the Credit Card bank to get the details, so as to know where the payment gone.

I also ordered for 8 GB, Sony pen drive on 12/04/13 order no.12663 made payment on line through credit card for Rs. 509.15 also received conformation on mail address. not got for few days then wrote to them and got reply that their store is shifting and it will be sent after 27/04/13 but not received, and no further communication, the shopjii is a fraud.
I have also fallen in trap of cheap pendrive. Did anyone got any compensation?

I have also purchased a Sony Micro Vault Classic 16GB Pen Drive from Shopji.com on 13th April 2013. Later on 7th May they responded saying that they will refund my money. It’s been almost a year now; I have neither received the order nor any further communication from the dealer. Seems like this a fraud website. Is there a way I can get my money back?
