I purchased a Godrej Refrigerator (Code: GDE195BX4SS, Item: Godrej Ref GDE195BX4 Silver Reak, Ecode: DH218) worth Rs. 11500 on 19/04/2013. The product din’t work when it was switched on. Despite several complaints to Godrej/Vijay Sales (Address: Janakpuri East, B1/7,Near Amar Leela Hospital, Near metro station, New Delhi), no one came for after sales service for several days till now despite a 7 year warranty on the product.
