– 99% of the times, customer care cann’t take request because system are updating
– Further 99% of the times customer care doesn’t provide request number, if customer insists for the same, they put the call on hold and then disconnect it after a long wait.
– Requests are closed in the system without attending the customer. My request no 13041701158 is example for the same.
– Customer care commits that call back will be arranged, which never comes.
