Name of company/service: hotel provided by makemytrip
I made an online booking for a hotel in goa, hotel name is estralo de mar beach resort for three days through makemytrip. On reaching hotel at goa we found that hotel shown on the makemytrip website is different and the nearby place is also very risky from security point of view. Therefore we first hire another hotel by our own and then complaint about the same on makemytrip customer care for cancellation and refund. But they told it is not a policy of hotel tonrefund.
